• Design and develop cutting edge military and civil portable telecommunication payloads
• Participate in all phases of the product life cycle: definition, research, design, manufacture, prototype, test and productize
• Get involved in the prototype assembly processes, offer immediate solutions, assure long-term fixes, derive conclusions, and assimilate improvements in the work procedures. Laboratory activities are a plus (assembling small prototypes, cable assembling…)
• Design and validate MIL-STD design, certify the product in external test houses.
